Our Class
Known simply as Room 9, our class is part of Tawa Primary School and fully participates in school-wide activities. While guided by the teacher, students take an active role in running their classroom community—building independence, responsibility, and a strong sense of belonging.
Our Team
Manaaki Montessori is supported by a passionate teaching guide, the volunteer-led MMET Trust and a caring community of parents and whānau. Together, we nurture a collaborative environment where children thrive through quality Montessori education.
Curriculum
Montessori Cosmic Curriculum: A Universe of Learning
At Manaaki Montessori, the Cosmic Curriculum provides students with a deep understanding of the universe and their place within it. Through stories, timelines, and hands-on activities, they explore subjects like history, biology, geography, math, language, art, and music in ways that all connect together.
Enrolment
